- Compared with all the other video editing tools I have used, for example, Pinnacle Ultimate, Sony Vegas Ultimate and PowerDirector, AVS Video Editor is the best one. But I think it still needs to be improved in the following aspects:Reply
1. If the files in the media library are used on the timeline, make a mark on them;
2. Enable users to make titles from scratch;
3. Enable users to make pan and zoom for images from scratch;
4. Make a free music generator and match the music with timeline of the movie.These are all my suggestions. I hope the developers can have a try.I also have a complaint that the timeline can’t stop at the exact place I want it to and the user interface is not clear enough for me. It supports most of the formats, even flash, that’s very useful, as YouTube videos are all flash format. The rendering/processing is common, but it depends a lot on computer performance. - AVS Video Editor is handy, there are many teaching videos telling me about the functions of this software. However, AVS video editor doesn’t have good technical support. I once had a problem, but more than a month later, I still didn’t get any answer. I tried to request my question on the support page, but I couldn’t enter it because of the invalid password, so I asked for a new password. Though they said they have sent me the new one through email, I didn’t receive the email even after I tried for 6 times. Another big problem about AVS Video Editor is the sound is occasionally not in sync. The sound can’t match with the actors’ lips. I’m wondering whether this problem can be solved.
