- Magic DVD Ripper is fairly easy to use. It works very well in my laptop with Vista Home Basic OS. I think both starters and professionals can enjoy a lot from it. It is even able to rip copyright protected DVDs, and convert them to any formats I want. I like to rip my precious DVD movies to my external hard drive for backup. You can also rip your DVDs to your computer hard drives and watch DVD movies on computer directly. Thus you can save your DVD discs well and there would be no risk of damaging these precious DVDs. Up until now I have ripped over 500 DVD movies without any error or trouble. The output videos come with extremely great sound and picture effects. I have tried many dvd ripper freeware as well as shareware, like DVD fab, sly fox DVD mobile, DVD flick, etc., but Magic DVD Ripper is always the best considering the fast processing speed and high-quality output. Magic DVD ripper is also able to convert several titles simultaneously. Thought it is not the fastest ripper (1.5 hours for ripping a standard DVD disc), the results are perfect.
