    Last month, I purchased this tool. I once used the Zendesk. However, I find this one is much better. Good price value. With the growth of my support agents team, I need a much cheaper program to help me. This program can save more than $200 for me every month. It saves our data in the cloud to keep it safe. I have recommended this tool to all my business partners. Good!!

    I bought this tool last week. Good value for the price. I like the wonderful features very much. It is really a perfect alternative for the Zendesk. It can meet all my demands. It can combine the messages from Facebook, Chats and Emails into one hybrid thread. The diverse integration methods are also my favorite. The standalone license attracts me most. It is rally a helpful and good tool. The analytics feature also makes me very happy. Besides, I appreciate the excellent customer service deeply. Everything is so nice!!!
